What are your hours?
Currently, we are operating by appointment only Tuesday - Friday and most Saturdays. During the pandemic, we are taking appointment only shopping in addition to store pick up + local delivery. Once COVID passes, we look forward to reopening our retail stem bar!
How do I place an order?
For most orders, online is best! To browse our daily offerings, visit the shop page. If you have specific requests that are not listed (larger bouquets or arrangements), feel free to send us an email for custom orders: email@example.com.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! To neighborhoods surrounding our downtown shop, we offer free delivery Tuesday-Friday. These areas include: downtown Birmingham, Forest Park, Avondale, Five Points, Highlands, Crestwood, Edgewood, Crestline, English Village, Mountain Brook Village, and Cherokee Bend.
For other areas within 5 miles of our downtown shop, there is a small charge for delivery—this will be calculated based on delivery address at checkout. We do not currently deliver to Hoover or Vestavia Hills but hope to have this option in the future!
Do you offer same day delivery?
Not currently. All orders placed before 4:00 will be eligible for fulfillment the next business day.
Do you take special requests?
We are happy to take your special requests (when ordering, there is a section to enter these) but we reserve the right to substitute pending availability. We cannot promise any specific variety or colors but will always do our best to work within your requested pallet.
Do you ship or deliver flowers to areas outside of Birmingham?
We do not ship any fresh flowers at this time. All dried florals and accessories are available for shipping though!
Do you have a return policy?

How do I cancel or modify an order?
Orders can be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before the pick up/delivery date. After 72 hours, modifications may be able to be made. To request modifications please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders will not be eligible for return after the 72 hour window.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do sell wholesale to our local Birmingham designers. These prices are only given to designers that meet our criteria for wholesale shopping. If you are a local designer or a designer traveling from out of state and would like more info please me email email@example.com.
Do you offer any other discounts?
Yes, you can make any of our daily bouquet or arrangement offerings a subscription and save 10% on each order. When checking out, simply select the subscription offer and specify how often you would like your subscription. After these steps, the discount will automatically be added to the price.
Do you only source flowers locally?
The majority of our flowers are local but we do outsource some. We want to have an interesting selection of flowers at all times so we do enjoy sourcing products from other areas. If we are outsourcing, we do as much of it domestically as possible. Occasionally we will bring in some novelty imports, as well.
