Orders can be cancelled for store credit up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. After that window has passed, cancellation of flower orders will not be accepted.
Modifications will likely be able to be made up to 48 hours before the pick-up or delivery date. If you want to modify your flower order, please email us and let us know your requests at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Well . . . flowers are flowers and are quite perishable if not taken care of properly. Once the flowers leave our shop, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur. If there are quality issues that were not due to mishandling or errors in transit, please take a picture and send us an email at email@example.com. We stand by our product and if something does not meet your needs, please reach out and we will typically replace the flowers for you!
Vases and all other accessories are not available for return. Once those have left our store, they are yours. :)
